Refund Policy

At the International Journal of Pharma Insight Studies, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our authors throughout the publication process. However, we understand that certain circumstances may lead to a request for a refund. Below are the guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

Timeframe for Refunds
Refund requests are processed within 7 business days from the time the cancellation is confirmed.

Method of Refund
All refunds will be processed through the payment details provided by the author at the time of the request. It is the author's responsibility to ensure that accurate refund details are submitted.

Refund Policy for Cancellation of Publication
Authors who have made a payment but wish to cancel the publication can request a refund, subject to the following conditions:

1. Within 5 Days of Payment
   • If the publication does not include fast-track processing, the author may cancel the submission within 5 days of payment. A 30% deduction along with applicable transaction charges will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. After 5 Days or After Publication
   • If the request for cancellation is made after 5 days, or if the article has already been published, no refund will be issued.
